S.T. Dupont is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our luxury goods. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original S.T. Dupont gift box and protective packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, manuals, and warranty booklets are included.

• 3.
  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of your shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master artisans inspect the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
